Victoria joined PCA in 1995, shortly after the company began operating in London, initially working as a project supervisor across a range of complex urban sites primarily in the City and Southwark, before moving on to post-excavation management in 1999 and becoming a company director in 2019.
As head of post-excavation for PCA, Victoria leads a large and dedicated team to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality reporting at all levels. Close working with PCA’s team and attention to detail ensures the safe and appropriate treatment of finds and records, interpretation of the results of excavation timely reporting and the dissemination of the results of excavation to a broad audience. She is responsible for in-house publications, including collaborative ventures, most recently working with Fulham Palace Trust to produce a monograph detailing over 50 years of volunteer and commercial-led excavation at the Palace.
