Ryan has been working with PCA since 2017, and in commercial archaeology in the UK and USA since 2013. Prior to working at PCA, he had extensive experience in the USA supervising fieldwork and preforming zooarchaeological post excavation analysis of Native American and colonial sites. At PCA he manages and organises the processing and deposition of archaeological archives with county depositories, museums, and the ADS for all of its offices. He has extensive experience in developing strategies to ensure the efficient transfer, tracking, and delivery of multiple projects during the archival and post-excavation process. In addition to this, he is a qualified (GVC and A2 CofC) UAS remote pilot and is PCA’s CAA responsible manager. He also manages PCA’s photographic equipment and coordinates repair and maintenance. Further to this, Ryan is also responsible for taking publication quality photographs of finds at the Cambridge office.
