Eliott Wragg

Eliott started working as an archaeologist in 1996 for Birmingham University, before first joining PCA in 2000 as a site assistant, becoming a site supervisor in 2001. After leaving in 2006, he worked as a freelance archaeologist, primarily in the south of England and also, for a short period, in Iceland. For eleven years he worked for the Thames Discovery Programme, a community archaeology project working on the Thames foreshore, eventually managing the project, and contributed to the establishment of the Coastal and Inter-Tidal Zone Archaeological Network (CITiZAN). He was a Trustee Director of the Nautical Archaeology Society for six years. Eliott rejoined PCA in 2023 as a Post-Excavation Manager with responsibility for the production of client assessment reports and publications.
